Plasma Coating Corporation maintains quality system and metal finishing process approvals from most of the major prime contractors. We are constantly working to refine the processes we currently employ, and are always looking on the horizon to stay current with the latest technology. We maintain a balanced approach between production and quality. It is not just how much, but how well.
In addition to the prime contractor approvals, Plasma Coating Corporation maintains third party certification from Nadcap. Currently our certification includes AS 7004 Quality System, and Thermal Spray (HVOF/Plasma/Wire/Twin Arc).
An integral part of our quality systems is process controls. Our in-house quality engineers utilize many years of experience and the most advanced testing and inspection equipment to maintain our processes to the consistent standards our customers expect.
